Kyle and Cartman are at odds when a prediction markets app gets popular with their fellow students.

Full Description

Mr. Garrison introduces Kipling Webelo, an androgynous guest from the Webelos of America. The boys can’t tell if Kipling is male or female and start betting on a prediction app about it—soon discovering that people are betting on increasingly disturbing topics. Cartman finds a controversial bet on whether Kyle’s mom Sheila Broflovski will strike Gaza and destroy a Palestinian hospital. The app’s existence enrages Kyle, but as he protests, more people—including Jimmy Valmer] and other students—join the bet. Cartman realizes he can manipulate public anger to skew odds in his favor and starts spreading rumors to make Kyle’s mom seem more likely to act violently.

Meanwhile, at the White House, Donald J.Trump and Satan are expecting a “demonic butt-baby.” Trump repeatedly tries to harm the unborn child—through traps, toxic soup, and cat feces—but every attempt backfires spectacularly, injuring others (especially FCC head Brendan Carr). JD Vance enables Trump’s paranoia, hoping to become president if the child dies.

Kyle tries to get the offensive Gaza bet taken down. Each agency (the prediction app’s “Strategic Advisors,” the CFTC, and the FCC) deflects responsibility, represented by identical, smiling bureaucrats. The issue is eventually escalated to the White House, where Brendan Carr gets caught in Trump’s traps.

At Café Monet, the mothers discuss prediction apps. When Sheila defends herself against loaded Gaza questions, the other moms bet “yes” on the Gaza strike. Angered by gossip and antisemitism, Sheila flies to Gaza herself to confront those responsible.

As the betting odds soar, Cartman invests heavily expecting to profit. When the bet is finally removed and refunded by a new FCC advisor, everyone is furious—except Kyle, who’s relieved. He explains that Sheila never planned an attack; she only went to Israel to confront the Prime Minister for worsening Jewish life in America.

The episode ends with Sheila screaming at the Israeli Prime Minister as the credits roll.
