This badass group of criminals, lead by Randy Marsh and on one occasion, Eric Cartman, who wear masks based on the character Bane from the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises and target men believed to be having affairs with the town's married women. They are really only a group of concerned dads (and Jimbo) who want to protect their marriages from men like Thad the UPS Man. In every case, the Park County Police have failed to locate the Banes.

These guys are a pretty easy shout-out to the 2012 Batman film The Dark Knight Rises, which prominently featured Bane, a villain who was portrayed in the film wearing a similar mask and with a distinctive voice.
