After several long hours of work, there's nothing more this man enjoys than a good cigarette over at Skeeter's Bar and Cocktail, assuming Rob Reiner isn't there to try to ruin it. He hangs around the redneck side of town, and is a conservative, opposing the passing of marriage equality legislation with Skeeter and company. When a group of boys, lead by Kyle Broflovski informed him they won a killer whale at Pizza Hut, he was happy to help them drive it to Mexico until they were busted by the cops. He also later drove Eric Cartman to Washington D. C. when he found him hitch-hiking.
