About
Tweek is an over-caffeinated 4th grader. His parents own the local coffee shop, which is especially helpful since he drinks coffee to calm down. His parents claim that his hyperactivity is due to ADD.
In Gnomes, Tweek and the The Boys have to do an assignment together. Tweek tells them that Underpants Gnomes steal his underwear at night. He later returns in Tweek vs. Craig in which he fights local trouble-maker Craig Tucker who later becomes his boyfriend in Tweek x Craig. When Kenny dies he becomes a replacement friend for about 5 episodes.
Tweek can be seen with a pet parrot in his room. Next time you see his room there is no sign of a parrot.
Alter Egos
Tweek has two known alter egos, Barbarian Tweek and Wonder Tweek, which have both appeared in the South Park games. His alter egos appeared in South Park: The Stick of Truth and South Park: The Fractured but Whole respectively.

Boyfriend
When the Asian girls at school started painting Yaoi art of Tweek and Craig, it began to annoy the two. Everyone in town became impressed with the Tweek x Craig relationship. To stop the rumors of Tweek and Craig being a gay couple they pretend to breakup but thing got depressing when Tweek went to far by saying that Craig is seeing someone else and that he steps on people and use them. After everyone in South Park feels pity on the breakup, Tweek urges Craig to get back together with him but refuses. After Craig's dad tells his son that he can't fight being gay with a little help from Cupid Cartman, Craig and Tweek officially became a couple and the town rejoiced.
Tweek and Craig had a history together way before they became a couple like when they had a fight at school and when Tweek was part of Craig's metrosexual gang.
