The mascot of Whistlin' Willies Pizza Gulch, he stops by to deliver kids their pizzas if they whistle for him. He also appears at special events like birthday parties. Eric Cartman isn't so fond of him as the other kids and prefers Shakey's Pizza or Pizza Hut.
