About
A former KGB agent, Vladimir Putin has served as either of the two heads of the Russian Government since 1999, and began serving his third term as President of Russia in 2012. He is desperate to save his country from crumbling from it's lack of funds, excited when Kyle Broflovski wants to discuss sending a whale to space, but disappointed when he lacks the money, believing to be a crank call from George Bush. He later participates in conference call with Randy Marsh and other world leaders for the first contact.
