The Afghan Boys are the Afghan counterparts to Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny. They appeared when their American counterparts sent in a dollar each for a school-mandated fundraiser. As a sign of gratefulness, they sent the boys a goat. The American boys were mistakenly trapped in a plane's cargo hold in an attempt to send the goat back and ended up in Afghanistan themselves, where they met the Afghan boys.
