Appearing only once in “Where My Country Gone”, the Great Wall of Canada was built by the Canadian President in order to keep the “really cool shit” from non-Canadians.
After learning of the wall, Garrison vowed to get on the other side. Equipped with only a helmet, Garrison took an empty barrel ride down the falls and landed in Canada. Shortly after arriving, and experiencing the desolate cityscape that is Canada, he found the canadian president and murdered him in a “creative” way.
