This is the boy with curly black hair in the red shirt and blue gloves and pants. He's a big fan of Mr. Hankey and helps perform his signature jingle. He's also terrified of Ginger Kids. Curly joins Herbert Garrison's for a short while but transfers out after Gordon Stoltski's brutal murder on the intercom.
