Tommy Turner is a student in the 4th Grade and he made his first appearance in "Tweek vs. Craig" when he was in shop class and got his face caught in the sander, removing it. In a later scene his face returned, apparently unharmed, or repaired.
He has curly brown hair, and wears an orange shirt with zipper on it, brown shoes and dark blue trousers. At first he appeared with absolutely nothing where his face would have been, but while watching Tweek Tweak and Craig Tucker fight, his face was shown. He is now seen in the background with a face.
