==About==
The proud owner of [[Skeeter's Bar and Cocktails]], Skeeter is a red-haired, drunken redneck who usually hangs around his bar with his drinking buddies [[Randy Marsh]], [[Jimbo Kern]] and others. He's most well known for his "We don't take too kindly to your types 'round here..." banter and for asking people who don't like America to "git out". He's known to attend - and sometimes lead - Town Hall meetings, as well as PTA meetings, and has [[Red|a daughter]]. In addition to his work with the City Council and owning the bar, he's also a well-known protest leader, usually for conservative positions, such as leading the charge to free [[Hat McCullogh]] from prison, protesting in favor of the Iraq War and multiple protests against gay rights, though he has relaxed that position since. He also drinks gluten-free Pabst Blue Ribbon and is involved in anger management therapy.

When the town gentrified, he closed down the old Skeeter's Bar & Cocktail and opened the new and improved [[Skeeter's Wine Bar]] just down the street, where he tended the bar himself.
