When the line gets held up, [[Shelly Marsh]] is there to get things moving again - by jumping on the balance board until whoever's holding things up falls in the water. Often, Randy sits back with some cold beers and talks to his 'bro's - [[Stephen Stotch]], [[Steve Black]], [[Nelson (geologist)|Nelson]] and his other co-workers.
